PINK Rosette Birthday Cake

Last week my little girl had her 2nd birthday.  She wanted PINK everything!  Pink birthday cake, pink ice cream, pink balloon, pink boots, pink dress, etc...  Pink is definitely her favorite color right now!  So, we made her a pink rosette birthday cake.  It was super easy to do!
You just frost the entire cake with a thin layer of frosting.  Then, I just used a star cake tip and went in circles with the frosting.  When you are done with the circle you just fill in the empty space with the star tip.
I used Cream Cheese Frosting that I made- Here is the recipe...

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING

Ingredients

1 package Cream Cheese (softened)

1 cube butter (softened)

1 tsp. vanilla

Powdered sugar

Preparation

Mix together the  cream cheese and butter.  Slowly add the powdered sugar until you reach the desired consistency.  Add the vanilla.
