If you love Popcorn this is a gotta try recipe and cost just pennies compared to the commercial microwave popcorn.
You are going to need:
Brown Paper Bag
Popping Corn
Salt
and Melted Butter (optional)
You will first add about 1/3 to 1/2 cup of Popping Corn to the Brown Paper Bag. Its really not going to make a big difference on the outcome if you over or under measure.
Add a dollop of Melted Butter.
Then Salt it up.
You need to fold the top of the bag a few times so that when it is being popped it doesn't get all over.
Next, put it in the Microwave for about 2 min. Every microwave is different, so listen carefully, when they quit popping that is a sure sign that it is done.
Now open it up and you have lovely popcorn! Enjoy!

We love popcorn! I will have to try this! Thanks!
My aunt used to have us do this when we wanted popcorn. So simple, and so forgotten! I will be sharing this on our Share a Site Sunday.
Have a great weekend.
This is so cool! I want some popcorn now!
What a great idea. I will need to try this.
We usually use our popper, but it's a hassle to clean. I'll have to give this a try!!
I love this! My uncle once sent me popcorn still on the cob that he grew and he sent directions to put it in a paper bag to pop it (still on the cob). I didn't think about popping regular popcorn in a bag. Super idea!
Just dropping in from Homemaker in Heels to invite you to link this up at Freedom Fridays Blog Hop. Also check out my post on May 24th where I cohosted at Katherine's Corner Thursday Favorite Things Blog Hop. One spot-Two parties!!!
this makes so much sense it's one of those "...why didn't I think of it!" moments.
I love making microwave in the popcorn and then I add some chocolate chips to make it sweet!
Sounds like a simple way to make popcorn!
