I just had to jump on the band wagon and show you all the picture that I mod podged of the Mesa Arizona Temple.
I got my picture from Mindy Evans Photography. She has pictures of various temples in various sizes that you can download for free! They are all so beautiful!
I put my picture on a canvas that I had laying around. Before I attached the picture, I painted the sides of the canvas black. Then I mod podged the picture. I deliberately left brush strokes on the picture because I liked the texture.
For more detailed instructions, see Bridget's and Brooke's post.

ReplyDeletelove these! I have one of the Las Vegas temple, but I did mine on a piece of wood
ReplyDeleteThat looks lovely! I love the Mesa temple!!! And now the Gila Valley temple! I think I need one of each! :)
ReplyDeleteI love that! It looks professional!
ReplyDeleteMy parents are from Mesa and they were married in that temple. I have always loved it. When I moved to the south I found out that TN was once in the Mesa temple district and there are wonderful stories of the sacrifices this saint made to travel there. I love what you have done!
ReplyDeleteAwesome idea! I would love for you to come share at our linky party! junkintheirtrunk.blogspot.com/2011/11/link-it-up-wednesday_08.html
ReplyDeleteI love the picture. And putting it on canvas really makes it look that much more professional. I would love it if you could link this up to our linky party going on right now.
