Grocery Bag Holder

We all have to go grocery shopping every once in a while, but what does one do with all those extra bags?
Some people just throw them away, some people have cute ways to organize them and some people bring their own bags to the store.

Well, I admit that I've thrown too many of these bags away and then we I need a bag, I don't have them.  Now, I won't have to worry about that any more!  I will always have these bags in stock and I have a super cute way to store them!

Does anyone recognize what this box is from?  It may look familiar...
It is a CapriSun box!  They have redone they way the package their juice boxes and they are perfect for storing bags!  With some cute paper and mod podge, you can turn this box into a trendy organizing tool!

What do you use to store your grocery bags?

  2. Great idea. Mine are all stuffed into one grocery bag on the floor of my laundry room. Sad!

  3. Right now I store mine in a draw string fabric bag someone made for me, but I LOVE this so much more!!!
I am buying Capri Sun tomorrow to make this box.
Thanks so much for sharing this cute idea!

  4. I have two places. My aunt made an angel doll where you shove the bags up her skirt - I'm sure you have seen them. It seems a little obscene.
Also. I keep a large bag hanging on the cabinet handle to stuff bags to be used for messy stuff in the kitchen.

Your box is so cute. I could use it in the bathroom to hold bags to line the trash can!

Thanks for visiting today. I am your newest follower!

  5. This is MUCH cuter than the bag of bags that I have hanging on the handle of my office door. I don't think they sell Capri Suns in Canada but I'll definitely be on the lookout for a box that could do something similar!

  6. What a genius idea! Getting rid of those grocery bags from under the sink is always a challenge. Good idea! Totally pinning this project for future reference!

  13. VERY cute idea. I use a natural stone tissue dispenser on my counter top. So, instead of it holding tissues, it holds bags!

  14. I don't like the idea of throwing grocery bags because they come in handy most of the time! I keep mine in just another big paperbag under the sink but this is a cool idea!

  15. Great idea!! I've got a fabric "tube" thingy that hangs on my pantry door to catch all my plastic bags. I'm always using them for something. But I really like yours so much better!

  32. I love this idea! I had a fabric type bag that ripped a few months ago. I've had my extra bags in a large can but this is so much cuter. I might actually buy my kids some capri sun, just so I can have the box.
