Here is another recipe using Chef Shamy Gourmet Garlic Butter.
Baked Garlic Butter Zucchini
Ingredients
1 Zucchini
1 Yellow Squash
1 Tomato
a handful of cheese
Directions
Cut up your zuchini, yellow squash and tomato and put in a greased pan. Add your cheese. Put 2 tablespoons of Chef Shamy Gourmet Garlic Butter on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes (depending on how cooked you like your squash).
Enjoy!
