Heath Bar and White Chocolate Ice Cream

This was a big hit at our house this past weekend!

Heath Bar and White Chocolate Ice Cream

2 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup crushed heath bar (I found this in the baking isle)
1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Whip eggs in mixer for a minute or two until nice and fluffy.  Slowly pour in sugar and continue to beat.  Add cream and milk and vanilla.
Mix according to ice cream mixer's instructions.
During the last few minutes, add the heath bar bits and white chocolate chips.
Enjoy!

  5. How could it NOT be a hit!! I am on a self~inflicted fast from ice cream, so I won't indulge. My sister is going to Afghanistan to war & she is in Texas now training. She, as of Sept. 30th (her birthday, no less) won't see her family until next year around October. She has two little kids & a hubby. I chose to not eat ice cream as a reminder to myself what she is giving up. Ice cream just happens to be my fav food! My mouth is watering just looking at your pic!!
